Activation Process

The steps to request the activation of ‘Payouts’ depend on whether you choose the general rate (Wompi Account) or a Bancolombia plan (Wompi Account + Bancolombia accounts).

The process must be completed by the legal representative and may take between 2 to 5 business days for review.
